Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Mr. Robs does not store full credit card details.

5. Orders

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email.

Mr. Robs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

  • Products are unavailable

  • Pricing errors occur

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

If payment has already been processed, any cancelled orders will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Mr. Robs currently ships within New Zealand only.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and other factors outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, Mr. Robs does not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

please contact us at hello@mrrobs.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

Mr. Robs may offer subscription services that provide recurring deliveries of products.

By subscribing you agree that:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the selected delivery schedule

  • You may manage, pause or cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting us

  • Changes to subscriptions should be made before the next billing cycle to avoid the next scheduled charge

Mr. Robs reserves the right to modify or cancel subscription services where necessary.

The Mr Robs™ name, logos, branding, product names and associated materials are trademarks and intellectual property of We Are Robs Limited.
