We want you to enjoy every sip of Mr. Robs. If something isn’t quite right with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Email hello@mrrobs.co.nz and include your order number or the name used when placing the order so we can help you quickly.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the product or packaging if possible

Where appropriate, we will organise a replacement or refund.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
